Message from Our Founder
Ever since I embarked on my educational journey at Northern Arizona University, I’ve been deeply committed to the ever-evolving world of speech and language therapy. I am Adrienne Williams MS, CCC-SLP, and through years of dedication, I’ve mastered skills that set me apart. My journey has been enriched with diverse certifications and countless transformative experiences. Yet, I firmly believe that true growth and innovation stem from collaboration. This is where you come in.
I am on the lookout for like-minded, passionate therapists and administrative team that are eager to contribute, learn, and grow.

Our mission is to increase ability and change lives by empowering patient, student and their families to learn and grow in a compassionate and nurturing environment. We value our collaborative and patient centered approach to address all aspect of an individual’s development.
Core Values
Integrity: being honest and having strong moral principles. A person with integrity behaves ethically and does the right thing, even behind closed doors.
Collaboration: two or more people working together to achieve shared goals. (In ABA we use client- client is defined as the client, his or her family or caregivers, and anyone closely associated) I love the idea of us being able to collaborate with each other to treat a client as a whole, but us also being able to collaborate with the patient’s family to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Solution-Oriented: The opposite of this is being problem oriented. Solution oriented individuals tend to be those that can look at the whole of a problem, employ creativity and forward thinking to develop possible solutions, and collaborate with others to be part of the chosen solution.
Momentum: has a real quality of forward motion. Momentum has a lot of really interesting applications beyond just the physics of a forward trajectory. As a value at let’s talk, it means leaving the past behind us and focusing on the future, being engaged in the new research and progress of our respective fields, and doing all of this together as a team.
Communication: When we communicate openly and honestly with others, we can build trust, respect, and empathy. We can better understand the thoughts, feelings, and needs of those around us, and we can also express our own thoughts, feelings, and needs more clearly.
Fun!: Don’t need to tell you the definition but as a core value it’s so important and we LOVE that this was chosen. We work with CHILDREN. We want to be a place where these wonderful little humans come to learn, feel safe, grow bit by bit, and have a great time doing so.
